The main defect that occurs when using plows is an abrasive wear of its ploughshares, the greatest wear of which is observed in the nose. When renestoring worn plowshares in order to significantly increase their service life, it is advisable to use technical ceramics. A plowshare with soldered ceramic-metal plates was chosen as the investigation object. The proposed investigation methodology included the control of plate adhesion, as well as bench and operational tests of experimental plowshares in comparison with serial ones. It has been established that the proposed type of connection «metal-ceramic plates−ploughshare» has high reliability and can withstand exceeding design loads by 3.8—4.9 times. As a result of the investigation, a new service- life-saving technology has been developed for the restoration and hardening of ploughshares by soldering using a hydrogen-oxygen flame, which allows one to increase the resource by 2-3 times, as well as reduce costs by 30−35% instead of purchasing new serial ploughshares due to using a cheap hydrogen-oxygen gas mixture. Keywords: hydrogen-oxygen mixture, cermet, plate, adhesive strength, wear resistance, reliability.
- Modernization of vortex flowmeter with trapezoidal flow body and feedback channel M. S. Lurie; O. M. Lurie; D. G. Slashchinin; A. S. Frolov; V. A. Chernov (E-mail: frolov-a84@mail.ru)Reshetnev Siberian State University of Science and Technology, Krasnoyarsk, 660049, Russian Federation., 12
Increasing the sensitivity and accuracy of the measuring characteristics of vortex vibration transducers of submersible vortex flowmeters by modernizing the shape of a flow body is discussed. By numerical simulation methods it has been established that the stability of the Strouhal number with a change in the flow velocity, that is, the error of the measurement method, is significantly affected by the shape of the flow body face, which a measured medium runs to. An obtuse triangle face gives the best results, providing the 40% reduction in Strouhal number changes compared to a simple flat surface. At the same time, some decrease in the force effect of the vortex formation on the vortex formation sensor does not exceed 10%. Keywords: flow body, trapezium, flow meter, modeling, receiver, vortex oscillation.

N. Lysenkova (E-mail: mihalchenkov.alexandr@yandex.ru)Bryansk State Agrarian University, Kokino, Bryansk District, 241050, Russian Federation., 25
Surfacing reinforcement, in its various variants, leads to a decrease in the hardness of the base metal of heat-strengthened steel 65G and does not affect the HRC value of the bead formed by an electrode for abrasive-resistant surfacing. Keywords: hardness, hardfacing reinforcement, 65G steel, thermal hardening, hardfacing technique.
- Rational modes of electroarc welding of perforated steel tapes R. G. Akhmarov; I. R. Akhmetyanov; I. I. Zagirov; Kh. T. Karimov; R. F. Masyagutov; M. Z. Nafikov; N. M. Yunusbaev (E-mail: nafikovmz@rambler.ru)Bashkir State Agricultural University, Ufa, 450001, Russian Federation., 29
It is shown that the quality (strength) of part renewal by electroarc welding of perforated steel tapes largely depends on the technological modes of the process. A calculation scheme has been drawn up, a scientific justification has been carried out and a method for determining rational welding modes by calculation has been developed. The results of theoretical studies were confirmed experimentally. The found technological parameters of the renewal modes of parts made of structural and alloy steels of various diameters and with various wear are presented in the form of tables. Keywords: electrocontact welding, steel tape, perforation, mode.

The effect analysis of the technology of molding products made of polymer composite materials (fiberglass) with stiffeners made of various materials on their resistance to operational factors has been carried out. The technologies of manufacturing fiberglass parts by vacuum infusion and manual contact molding with metal and composite stiffeners were considered. The influence of the technology of forming products with stiffeners made of various materials on their resistance to aggressive media is shown. Keywords: polymer composite material, stiffener, fiberglass, vacuum infusion, contact molding.
