Based on analysis of interaction regularities of borates and dopamine dimethylsilyl ether with atmosphere oxygen, two alternative mechanisms of their oxidation have been proposed for production of polydopamine as an advances product to made new effective adhesive compounds for bonding biological tissues. The presence explanation of the threshold concentration of dopamine in a reaction system, which provides the formation of polydopamine is given. Properties of materials
- Dielectric characteristics of syntactic foams based on sealant Viksint K-18 in centimetric microwave band V. Yu. Chukhlanov1; O. G. Selivanov1; N. V. Chukhlanova2 (E-mail: vladsilan@mail.ru)1A.G. and N. G. Stoletovs Vladimir State University, Vladimir, 600000, Russian Federation.2Ivanovo State Polytechnic University, Ivanovo, 153000, Russian Federation., 7
Dielectric characteristics of syntactic foams based on sealant Viksint K-18 filled with hollow glass, ceramic and phenol-formaldehyde microspheres have been examined. Properties of the syntactic foams in the microwave radiofrequency band from 8 to 12 GHz were studied. The concentration effect of hollow microspheres on angle tangent of dielectric loss and dielectric permeability was investigated. It was found out that the addition of the hollow microspheres resulted in a decrease in dielectric permeability and angle tangent of dielectric loss of the syntactic foams. Keywords: syntactic foam, microwave radiofrequency band, hollow microsphere, sealant, dielectric permeability, adhesion, angle tangent, dielectric loss.
- Binders based on mixtures of epoxy polymers and thermoplastic elastomers. Part 3. Adhesion properties of epoxy polymers modified with block-copolymers of polybutyleneterephthalate-polytetramethyleneoxide Yu. S. Kochergin; T. I. Hryhorenko; Yiqi Wu (E-mail: grigorencot@rambler.ru)Harbin Institute of Technology, Harbin, 150001, China., 12
The influence of thermoplastic elastomers, which are block-copolymers based on polybutyleneterephthalate and polytetramethyleneoxide with a different ratio of rigid and elastic blocks, on the adhesion properties of epoxy polymers, has been studied. It was found out that the dependences of shear- and tearing-off adhesion strength on amount of introduced block-copolymers had the extreme character and the positions of maxima and intensity depended on the ratio of the rigid and elastic blocks in thermoplastic. It is shown that the effect of the increasing in adhesion strength becomes apparent at elevated temperatures. A comparative study of the modified action of thermoplastics, oligosulfone and oligobutadiene rubber with end carboxylic groups concerning adhesion and deformation-strength properties of epoxy composites was carried out. Keywords: epoxy polymer, block-copolymer, polybutyleneterephthalate-polytetramethyleneoxide, thermal elastoplastic, oligosulfone, oligobutadiene rubber, adhesion properties, deformation-strength properties.
- Foreign conductive adhesives, test methods, properties and application. Review K. L. Besednov; A. P. Petrova; N. F. Lukina: A. Yu. Isaev (E-mail: admin@viam.ru)All-Russian Research Institute of Aviation Materials (FGUP VIAM), State Scientific Centre of RF, Moscow, 105005, Russian Federation., 19
Results of searching and analyzing information in the field of modern foreign conductive adhesives (mainly, silver-containing), their basic properties and data on application of them are presented. To compare the characteristic levels, some values were transformed to the same dimensionality. Keywords: conductive adhesive, conductive filler, electrical conduction, specific volume resistance, bond strength.
- Properties of composites based on melamine-formaldehyde binders V. E. Tsvetkov; A. A. Nikitin; Yu. A. Semochkin; N. N. Tsvetkova; O. P. Machneva (E-mail: helga35781@yandex.ru)Bauman Moscow State Technical University (National Research University), Mytishchi Branch, Mytishchi, 141005, Moscow District, Russian Federation., 30
The properties of impregnating compounds used for lamination of timber-based board materials consisting of import ingredients and resins c 35—40% melamine content have been examined. A synthesis technology of melamine-formaldehyde impregnating resins with 25—30% melamine content and domestic ingredients is presented. It is shown that paper-resin films produced with the use of modified impregnating resins are high-quality facing material for decoration of timber-based board products by the lamination method. Keywords: melamine, impregnating compound, technology, synthesis, board material, lamination, ingredient.
Methods of analysis and tests
- Measurement method comparison of adhesion properties of films modified in plasma M. S. Piskarev; A. V. Zinovyev; A. S. Kechekyan; A. B. Gilman; A. A. Kuznetsov (E-mail: plasma@ispm.ru)Enikolopov Institute of Synthetic Polymer Materials, RAS, Moscow, 117393, Russian Federation., 35
The comparison of two measurement methods of adhesion properties of polytetrafluoroethylene films modified in a dc discharge with the use of the adhesive tape Scotch®810 and by the T-test method under ASTM 1876—2001 has been carried out. Values of peeling resistance were obtained and the comparison of obtained results was performed. It was found out that the tape Scotch®810 could be used as «rapid» test in preliminary investigations. Keywords: polytetrafluoroethylene, dc discharge, adhesive tape Scotch®810, T-test method, ASTM 1876—2001, peeling resistance.
Technologies
- Method of conservation polymer coating removal from archaeological metal articles I. A. Starostina1; R. Kh. Khramchenkova2; O. V. Stoyanov1 (E-mail: ov_stoyanov@mail.ru)1Kazan National Research Technological University (KNITU), Kazan, 420015, Republic of Tatarstan, Russian Federation.2A.Kh. Old conservation polymer adhesive coatings based on phenol-formaldehyde resin and butyral resin have been removed from the surface of a number of archaeological metal articles by the electrochemical method of cathode peeling (peeling under conditions of cathode polarization). The optimal conditions were selected for the experiment without crippling an artifact. The performed cleaning made possible practically completely to remove the ruptured coating and preserve the specific corrosive layer. Keywords: cathode peeling, archaeological metal article, conservation coating, corrosion, butyral-phenol adhesive.
