It is shown in the article that new hybrid medium-term
forecasting method applied to electric energy consumption in region
is based on neural networks and technocenosis theory. The main
advantage of the method is to account system constraints and

Number of generators of industrial works is augmented.
This leads to necessity to research the stability of their power
supply systems at non-symmetrical short-circuits. Algorithm of
calculating the transients taking into account peculiarities in
asynchronous powers has been developed. The corresponding software
has also been created.
